Instruction is provided in formal meditation practices, informal mindfulness behaviors, movement practices, cultivation of positive emotions, dealing with negative emotions, developing resilience, improving relational abilities, methods of stress reduction, increased proficiency/productivity, deepening self-awareness, and enhancing overall well-being.
